The coaching draws on more than three decades of experience working at the intersection of human behavior and organizational systems, and uses the same diagnostic lens that underlies the Leadership Team Diagnostic.
Patterns that show up in organizations also show up in the leaders who run them. That's what we work on — in conversation, without fixed frameworks, structured tools, or between-session assignments. Just deep experience brought to bear on what is actually happening for the leader in front of me. This approach suits leaders who want a thinking partner with genuine depth, not a coach who moves them through a predetermined process.
Leading yourself: Self-awareness and blind spots, decision-making under uncertainty, emotional regulation under pressure, confidence and leadership identity, resilience, and the personal boundaries that allow sustained effectiveness over time.
Leading your team: Delegation and letting go of control, setting clear expectations, accountability practices, giving difficult feedback, managing underperformance, developing psychological safety, and building a high-performing leadership team.
Leading up and laterally: Influencing without authority, navigating organizational politics, building trust with peers, managing conflict with colleagues, and building the lateral alignment that allows a leadership team to function as a system rather than a collection of individuals.
Leading the organization: Communicating vision and direction clearly and consistently, building and sustaining culture, leading through change and managing resistance, and building the conditions that allow others to lead effectively at every level.
Domains or areas I do not work in include strategy development, financial management, operational improvement, team facilitation, group coaching, career transition, and job search. If those are the primary questions, a different kind of advisor is the right fit.
Coaching is available in English, Spanish, and French. It is conducted via video call, in sessions of 60 minutes, structured around your schedule and objectives. Frequency and duration of the engagement are defined based on what you're working on and how you prefer to work.
The fee is $350 per session.
